Shelby directed Tenstorrent’s first-generation products, T1000 and T3000, AI workstations for developing and testing models. From product definition to external partnership deployment, she drove a cross-functional roadmap team of 14, including PhD engineers and the CCO. She built GTM & CX roadmaps for Greyskull, the company’s first chip, whose release contributed to an additional $693M in funding, totaling to $1.8B, backed by Samsung and Jeff Bezos.
At Intel Corporation, Shelby was the head a technical series on Quantum Computing and cutting-edge research technology. She led a team of 12 technical and non-technical experts to build the globally-distributed series Architecture All Access from initial concept to launch. During her time at Global Marketing Organization, she oversaw a $xM dollar budget and 99% community approval rating. It lifted Intel’s channel engagement by 49%. Its measured success as the company’s top 2.5% performing assets of all time which led her to work directly with Intel’s CMO to spearhead two high-budget program portfolios.
While at Intel’s Silicon Engineer Group, Shelby led strategic initiatives for the Head of Engineering spanning dozens of international, mission-critical projects, such as Power On efforts and technical tool adoption, across a team of 10,000 engineers.
