Building impactful technology with first generation teams.

Shelby is a proven leader of scaling technical initiatives from zero to market-ready with a track record of building commercially viable products and the teams that sustain them.

Shelby was the Product Lead for Tenstorrent’s first-generation products, T1000 and T3000, AI workstations for developing and testing models. From product definition to external partnership deployment, she drove a cross-functional roadmap team of 14, including PhD engineers and the CCO. She built GTM & CX roadmaps for Greyskull, the company’s first chip, whose release contributed to an additional $693M in funding, totaling to $1.8B, backed by Samsung and Jeff Bezos.

At Intel Corporation, Shelby was the head a technical series on Quantum Computing and cutting-edge research technology. She led a team of 12 technical and non-technical experts to build the globally-distributed series Architecture All Access from initial concept to launch. During her time at Global Marketing Organization, she oversaw a $xM dollar budget and 99% community approval rating. It lifted Intel’s channel engagement by 49%. Its measured success as the company’s top 2.5% performing assets led her to work directly with Intel’s CMO to spearhead two major program portfolios.

While at Intel’s Silicon Engineer Group, Shelby led strategic initiatives for the Head of Engineering spanning dozens of international, mission-critical projects, such as Power On efforts and technical tool adoption, across a team of 10,000 engineers.

Moving quickly through noise, Shelby excels at leading teams with short iteration cycles toward a common goal.

Tech is at a critical point where we choose in which direction we allot our world’s compute. Shelby is driven by technology for the advancement of humanity via identifying AI research for first generation use cases to scale for maximum impact.
